The service
Careloom is a monthly subscription that brings rotas, care records, invoicing and HIQA compliance into one platform for home-care agencies in Ireland. Everything is included in one price — no modules, no setup fee.
Billing
€10 per active carer per month, from €149 (up to 15 active carers is €149 flat; 51+ agree a rate directly). Card details are taken up front; nothing is charged until day 31, so your first month is free. Your first invoice arrives on day 31, for the tier that matches how many carers actually worked.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in one click — no notice period, no lock-in. Cancel before day 31 and you pay nothing at all.
